The checkup

So we went to the Dr. this morning for Eli's big 5 year check up.. Shots and all! He was ready to face the music and get them done and over, but it turns out he has his first bout of Strep Throat so we have to wait 10 days for the shots. Bummer. He also has to stay home from school today, even though he went yesterday and I am sure had it then also. He ran a fever this weekend but was feeling better by Sunday so I didn't think anything of it. As a parent your damned either way, you either think to much about something or not enough. He doesn't seem to be hurting at all. He continues to bug the dog and run around like a chicken with his head cut off. Everything else looks good.. My apt. on Friday was good also. Baby is moving like crazy and Brian finally felt it move. I actually saw my stomach jump today.. Fun stuff. Only gained 8lbs so far. Yea for me.. only 15 weeks to go, or less..
